It’s your time to thrive in body, mind and spirit. The AdventHealth Diabetes Institute has joined forces with Orange County Public Schools to offer Thrive, an ongoing, voluntary, no-cost diabetes care program. Providing comprehensive support for the whole you, this program will give you the tools to take charge of your health and reach your goals.

Thrive – Diabetes Care Program is available to any Orange County Public Schools employee, retiree (not eligible for Medicare), employee spouse or dependent (18 years or older) who has a Type 1 or Type 2 diabetes diagnosis and who is enrolled in the Orange County Public Schools health plan administered by Cigna.

Thrive With Orange County Public Schools and AdventHealth

Feel empowered to manage your diabetes while improving health and lowering care costs with free quarterly visits with a provider at the AdventHealth Diabetes and Endocrine Center, quarterly labs at an AdventHealth lab, two-hour diabetes self-management education, quarterly or biannual lifestyle education consults, and waived cost of generic diabetes medications or reduced co-payment for brand diabetes medications and supplies (insulin pumps, sensors and supplies are excluded from the program as they are covered under the medical benefit).
