AdventHealth Will Help You Thrive

It’s your time to thrive in body, mind and spirit. The AdventHealth Diabetes Institute has joined forces with Orange County Government to offer Thrive, an ongoing, voluntary, no-cost diabetes care program. Providing comprehensive support for the whole you, this program will give you the tools to take charge of your health and reach your goals.

Thrive – Diabetes Care Program is available to any Orange County Government employee, retiree (not eligible for Medicare), employee spouse or dependent (18 years or older) who has a Type 1 or Type 2 diabetes diagnosis and who is enrolled in the Orange County Board of County Commissioners health plan administered by Cigna.

Feel empowered to manage your diabetes while improving health and lowering care costs with free quarterly or biannual visits with a provider at the AdventHealth Diabetes and Endocrine Center, quarterly or biannual labs at an AdventHealth lab, quarterly or biannual lifestyle education consults and waived cost of generic diabetes medications and waived co-insurance portion for brand diabetes drugs and supplies.
