AdventHealth Will Help You Thrive
It’s your time to thrive in body, mind and spirit. The AdventHealth Diabetes Institute has joined forces with the Orlando Utilities Commission (OUC) to offer Thrive, an ongoing, voluntary, no-cost diabetes program. Providing comprehensive support for the whole you, this program will give you the tools to take charge of your health and reach your goals.
Our Thrive – Diabetes Care Program is available to any OUC employee, retiree (not eligible for Medicare), spouse or dependent (18 years or older) with a diagnosis of Type 1 or Type 2 Diabetes, an A1C equal to or greater than 7% at the time of enrollment and who belong to the Orlando Utilities Commission health plan administered by Aetna.
