INGREDIENTS
- 4 cup fresh mango pieces
- 1 fresh red bell pepper (3 3/4" x 3")
- 3 fresh red hot chili peppers
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves
- 1 tsp. Kosher salt, coarse
- 1 tsp. fresh ginger root
- 30 cups fresh greens, Power to the Greens, baby kale, chard, and spinach
DIRECTIONS
In a blender or Food Processor puree the mango with the red bell pepper, chiles and the flavoring ingredients.
Drizzle on greens and serve.
