INGREDIENTS
- 16 oz. cod, raw
- 1 tsp. ground cumin seeds
- 1 tsp. chili pepper, powder
- 1/4 tsp. Kosher, salt, coarse
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 1/2 cup fresh Napa cabbage
- 1 1/2 cup fresh green cabbage
- 1 oz. fresh radishes
- 2 tbsp. fresh scallions, tops and bulb, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh red onion, sliced
- 2 tbsp. fresh cilantro leaves
- 4 multigrain flour tortillas (10")
- Chipotle Lime Mayonnaise (recipe included in description)
DIRECTIONS
Chipotle Lime Mayonnaise Recipe
Mix the spices together and season the fillets. Shred both cabbages and place in a bowl. Thinly slice the red onions, radishes and scallions. Pan sear or bake the fish fillets. and set aside. On an open tortilla divide the cabbage mixture place the fish on top and drizzled with the chipotle lime mayonnaise. Serve with a slice of lime.
